Weight loss refers to maintaining the body through positive and equal aspects of foodstuffs. There is sufficient fat, carbohydrate, and fluid retention according to our body’s needs. Extra elements or taking overloads are against it. Weight loss follows the activities against diseases. It improves health and has many more benefits. It is possible through daily exercise and other activities that consume extra calories, which are harmful to our bodies.

But, it is important to know that rapid weight loss is harmful and not sustainable. The weight loss approach takes balance and justice to improve health. However, it must receive supportive instruction from a doctor or registered dietitian.  

Impact of weight gain

Weight gain is an ideogram of diseases because unnecessary fats block our veins, and this fact causes attacks. If we want to escape from all types of disease, it would be possible after engaging in gain. Some causes of weight gain are the most important to know about for maintaining good health.

  1. Make a balance in your diet. If there are more calories in your diet, then it is a cause of weight gain. Avoiding a high diet, fat, sugar, and manufactured foods is necessary.

  2. We must continue our daily exercise. It is a process to fit our bodies and would cause the release of extra fat.

  3. Mental health is essential for diet; if there is any psychological problem, like tension, people emotionally spend much more eating. However, they lost their balanced diet and prefer-preferred mental health through efficient aspects.

  4. Medication is another problem for weight gain. Side effects of medicines, including certain diabetes medications, antidepressants, and corticosteroids, are the reason for weight gain. 

  5. Weight gain can occur in older people because of metabolic change, in which the body burns fewer calories at rest, which supports weight gain due to no adjustment.





Healthy food for us

Healthy foods are based on nutrition, protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber, healthy fats, and other essential elements and have a low quantity of unhealthy fats, sugar, sodium, etc. These give them much more energy without increasing their weight gain. These healthy foods contain fruits, vegetables, whole grains, all essential types of meats, legumes, dairy, healthy fats (dry fruits), water (12 glasses in a day), herbs, and spices.

It is important to focus on variety and portion level. Since the mixture of nutrients is not best for our body while taking all kinds of foods,

A balanced diet is a combination of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, protein, dairy alternatives, fats, and water. Fruits and vegetables are high in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants, while whole grains provide fiber and essential nutrients. Protein comes from lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, peas, and legumes, with lean cuts prepared in healthy ways. Dairy alternatives like milk, yogurt, and cheese provide calcium and other nutrients, with low-fat or fat-free options available. Healthy fats are essential for brain health, energy, vitamin absorption, and skin and hair health. Sources of good fats include avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil, and fatty fish. Water is essential for overall health. A balanced meal often includes a combination of these food groups, with portion sizes limiting processed foods, added sugars, salt, and saturated fats.
